Global Perspectives Photo Gallery: London, England

Insights from the Student Photographer

Kristin Collette

I worked at the International Secretariat for Amnesty International in London and examined document and information management problems as well the efficiency of information flow throughout the organization. The end result was offering simple engineering solutions to increase the effectiveness of the document and information management systems currently in use by Amnesty International and to improve the work environment and culture of the organization. All solutions were derived with a common theme in mind; increase the global awareness of human rights issues through efficient information technology.
