WPI does not guarantee on-campus housing for transfer students, but may offer it on a space-available basis. Neighborhoods surrounding the campus offer many housing options for those who choose to live off-campus. The Office of Residential Services maintains lists of off-campus apartments and of students looking for roommates. June or early July is the best time to locate off-campus housing for the upcoming academic year. Transfer students with specific housing questions are urged to contact the Office of Residential Services.
