Program Opening

The Program Opening will be held in Alden Memorial (directions to and maps of campus) on August 4 at 8 a.m. At this time we will introduce our staff, go over the schedule for the week and answer any questions you might have.

Pickup and Dropoff

Students should be dropped off each day at Alden Memorial to check-in from 8–9 a.m. before their sessions. Afternoon pickup will occur in the area of Morgan Hall lobby or the quad.

Important Information

Banking

For your convenience, there is an ATM (Sovereign Bank) outside Daniels Hall, and another (Commerce Bank) in the Campus Center.

Meals

All lunches will be served in Morgan Dining Hall. With advance notice, special meals may be prepared for those with dietary restrictions. Please indicate on the Medical Release and Roommate/Special Dietary Needs form if you require special meals or if you have food allergies.

Please download, print, complete, and return the required Launch forms. Forms may be e-mailed to launch@wpi.edu, faxed to 508-831-5875, or mailed to the Admissions Office at 100 Institute Road, Worcester MA 01609.
