Early Round Phonathon Instructions
All phone calls/e-mails for this early round should be completed by March 25. Students may have questions about their financial aid packages, which they may or may not have received by the time you contact them. Unlike in the spring when most applicants receive their aid packages within a week of their admissions letters, early applicants work on a longer timetable. These students are packaged as their financial aid forms are completed, and for some students this may mean as late as April. For any questions they may have about financial aid, please have them call the Financial Aid Office directly at +1-508-831-5469.
- If a student has not visited the campus, encourage him or her to do so any time through April. These students need to mail in a $500 non-fundable deposit by May 1 to guarantee their place in the Class of 2012. These students will also have the opportunity to attend an Open House for admitted students in April (they all will be notified with the details.)
- Please e-mail me your feedback! See link on the left-hand menu for “Student Phone Call Evaluation.” If the students have questions you cannot answer, you are welcome to “cc” me on your e-mail or have the student contact me directly via my e-mail address.
